Hi I just purchased a 2001 Sport Trac 4x4, with only 73k, and it is basically in good shape, but has a few problems. I took it to my mechanic and after replacing all 4 shocks, changing all fluids, fixing a turn signal problem with steering wheel all the way down, a door handle problem, and finding the code for the keyless door entry.... a d shelling out 1k, I have found yet another problem: When filling up the first time, the gas pump clicked off, but a surge of gas came out. When filling up the second time, I put the pump on low speed, and the pump didn't shut off, when full. I dumped about a gallon before someone shut it off for me. Anyone else had fuel filling problems?
