New Purchase on a Limited, Question on the Chrome Clad Wheels???

Hi All

I just purchased a new 07 Limited 4X4 with a 265B package tonight. With the later packages 265B built I think after January 15 it comes with the cheap looking chrome Clad wheels as they call it, what simply is just a chrome cover. On the 265A which is built before January 15th they offer the machined aluminum wheels which I thought was much nicer. I heard that these cheap covers are having problems pitting on the chrome and also at times have falling off and some how the factory is replacing them with the machined aluminum wheels. Has anyone heard or know of this and if so how was about gone about to get them replaced.

I just noticed an explorer with 18" aluminum wheels that looked like my clad ones. They looked nice. I have not had an issues with my clad wheels, 33,000 miles so far and have not heard of Frod replacing the clad wheels with new ones.
