New rack bad inner tie rod?

Alright so i got my new reman'd rack n pinion from AZ and i got it all taken out and put back in whata headache that is. So im workin on gettin the air out of the lines when i hear this strang metalic ticking sound coming from the driver side. Low and behold it appears that the inner tie rod? is twisting outta place when you put the wheel almost all the way to the left. note this happens before its maxed out and ya hear the pump yell at you. Any thoughts? is this supposed to do that or did i get a bad rack? seriously hope not it has a warrenty its just a headache to redo with no air tools.
