2. When it first started up it squealed like a stuck pig for 5 minutes. By the time I got it home (7 miles) it was quiet as a mouse. Might have to replace the serpentine belt or maybe it just sat up too long and needed to relieve itself!!

A couple times over the winter it would squeal first thing in the morning on cold days. Didn't seem to be correlated to temperature, time sitting in the garage, anything, just some mornings it squealed.

Sweet! I love mine, they ride way better then my 03, I thought it rode good, love having a moon roof now too, 4 Explorers and now I finally have a moonroof in #5...I like like my Mountaineer with the satin trim..

Delta Dog, I just moved to Cincinnati, Oh from Ozark, AL. Lived there for 19.5 trs. How do you like it there?

Sweet! I love mine, they ride way better then my 03, I thought it rode good, love having a moon roof now too, 4 Explorers and now I finally have a moonroof in #5...I like like my Mountaineer with the satin trim..

My wife says it drives absolutely incredible. Best ride she has ever had but that is after driving minivans for the last 10 years. She loves the moonroof and all the gadgets like the memory seats, pedals and nav system. I am sure i will be allowed to drive it someday!! LOL!!!!

Love the Gulf Coast!! Moved here from Wisconsin 22 years ago and love the climate people and all the things to do. Definitely won't be moving back up north.
