New Sport Trac Owner

I just bought an '01 Sport Trac 4x4. 107,000 miles but 1 owner and came with all service records. The vehicle runs a smooth as new and look like new also. I paid $7,000 cash for it and so far its worth every penny!

I figured I would join the forums to get some tips and ideas as I am new to Fords, having been a Jeep GC owner for years (Still have the '97 ZJ). Im not really an off-road guy, but I love 4x4s nonetheless and so far I think the Explorer SC was a great buy.

welcome to the forum, i still consider myself a noobie to the forum too, just got my 03 ST last march. the guys and gals on this forum are goingto have you itching to mod your ride out. plenty of great info on here and everyone responds quick to any questions you have. ive been a part of rodeo, volvo, focus, mini cooper, subaru and this is the best forum by far. here are a few pics of my ride from when i first got it to what it looks like a few months later thanks to the forum!

i think its just one shade below limo tint. its pretty damn dark though. cant get the fronts done out here, my brother already got 2 tickets for his fonts tinted on his mustang.

i know in cali they wont let us tint the windows limo tint in the front. My friend a couple of weeks ago got a ticket for having all his windows limo tint on his 04 g35 coupe.

but he has the rear windows limo tint but he is going to change it and get a lighter tint for the rear and the front ones

my other car my 07 nissan altima 2.5 s has tint too i think its 1 shade below limo tint i am not to sure. cause i bought this altima from a private owner i forgot to ask him when i bought what kind of tint it is.

yeah, he said he couldnt say just from the pics. he said the lighting of the picture could totally change the way a tint job looks in a picture and how it looks in person. he didnt want to drop bad knowledge on you. he said if there isnt a tint shop near by where you live, just stop by a best buy car audio garage, most of those guys usually have all kinds of knowledge when it comes to not just audio, but tint, alarms and even wheels, at least around here in the bay area they do.

how old r u and ur bro by the way and i am coming down to the bay to visit on june 4th i am coming to visit for like 3 weeks.
