This is my system so far. Everything is ordered and on its way. The amp was discussed earlier by Heath I believe. It's 4x100 and 2x200 in 4ohms. thezeb.com has it for 300 and it's over 400 everywhere else. I plan mount this amp and the sirius tuner behind the back panel where factory amp and sub amp are located. Then run 4x100 to the synergy door speakers. I'm going to use the existing speaker wire for the doors. Now the question is, what do I do with the 2x200. I could replace the factory 8" sub with a good one and run 1x200 to it. I also have a sealed box of 2 10" subs (Autotek Silver Street Series, not that great). I could then run the existing 1x200 in this box and wire the subs (2 4-ohm voice coils) for a 2ohm load. Is that what you guys would do? or just rip the 8" out and run it all to the two 10's? Also, how hard is it to mount amps behind the panel? Do I need to use an MDF board as a mounting board or is there one back there? Any other suggestions or tips? Thanks -Will

My suggestion;

run new wires from amp to new speakers
(better sound quality)

run (2) 2ohm 10s

mount the amp behind the seat flap, or somewhere that you can tweek the controls on it.
if its tucked away and inaccessible, it will be a pain to adjust controls

you won't be dissappointed

Mount the amps on that flap thing behind the seats, this is where I bolted my two amps on the 94 (RIP:( ). All the wires we're run underneath and grounded under/behind the rear seat when you fold it forward.

You'll see that flap thing cover can be unhooked, we slit it open in certain areas to run the wires through and rehooked the flap cover back on. That way the two amps are bolted on each side with the wires just comming out enough to be connected. The wire distributer was in the middle of the amps, so we slit that area also just enough for the wires to run through. The main power wire ran into it from the slits, and the then the power wires running to the amps we're connected to that and run through their slits and pulled through the slits near the amps to be connected ect ect....

Came out extremely clean with no wires hanging around or anything and looked pretty bad azz with amps and distributer all wired up and connected with the wires running behind the cover so you couldn't see them.

The good thing about bolting them to the flap thing is whenever I went to our Lakehouse and had to carry a bunch of stuff I could still fold the rear seats down and the flap thing would go down also without pulling on any wires at all so that worked out really well.

i hope to have pics of my system up soon, but i was planning on mounting both my huge amp and small amp on the back of my rear seats. however, they woudlnt fit cus they were too long. the big amp also bent the metal piece behind the rear seat. so i had to mount it on the back of my box. the only problem with mountin the amp on the box is if you want to disconnect everything, you have to unscrew the amp from the box and then the wires from the box. itz easeir to disconnect everything if you just mount the amp on the seat

Alright, thanks, one of my friends told me that if you mount the amp to the box that the vibrations would shake apart your amp:rolleyes: I never heard of that so I figured that I would check it on this site. Thanks again.

How big of an amp could you fit behind the passanger side panel?
