new to site and i need help

wondering what is the stock size on the exhaust pipes because i want to change the muffler to Flowmaster and the end of tail pipe is flared, also are there any intake kits for the 94 XLT

not sure on the size of the exaust pipe, but i'm sure if you did a search for it you could find out, and yes there is an intake for it, again, just try a search, you can find almost anything you need to know about a first gen that way. good luck, and welcome to the site.

Welcome to the site.. You'll find lots of good info hear just by using the search feature... The stock pipes on a 1st gen ('91-'94) are 2 1/4" in diameter. I ordered a Flowmaster cat back system from Summit Racing..Fowmaster FLO-17227 . The entire system with aluminized pipes was only $179 + $9.50 handling.

there is no complete intake kit for the first gen, but there is a conical air filter that kkm makes for the first gen that uses the stock intake pipe. one time during multiple searches on ebay i found 1 complete intake kit for the first gen, but i havent seen it since.
