Hi all my names Dave and while I am new to this site I am not new to explorers. My wife currently drives a 94 XL we have had for nearly 5 years that shows 185000 miles and all I have ever done to it besides basic maintenance is brakes and a starter. I also just got my 92 sport back that I sold to my sister a few years ago, it is now a project or maybe parts I haven't really decided. Plus my 70 year old dad drives a 92 sport with a 5 speed and 4 1/2 inches of suspension lift. It was a project when bought and is now his hunting rig and what he drives anytime he and my mom are not going together in her car. I am a gearhead all around and am currently restoring a 69 cougar XR-7 and have had many projects and cool rides over the years. Hope to learn and share what I know here.
