Just wanted to say hi. I am the new owner of a 2010 black eddie bower v8 explorer. I have been lurking on this site for a while but thought I would say hi. My main hobby is Mustangs. I currently own a 95 gt and a 66 coupe which I am in the process of restoring. I hope to gain some good knowledge about the ins and outs of the explorer on this site.
Thanks
Ben

Welcome Ben! I started with Mustangs and added EX's too. I still have my first Mustang I ever bought....a 69 Mach One. Tomorrow is my 20 year anniversary from when I bought the car in 1990.

Thanks for the welcome. It doesn't look like I have permissions to post pictures so I will post this link to my album on vintage-mustang.com.

Packin, congrats on the 20 years of ownership. I have had my 95 for 12 years and just purchased the 66 last summer. I have owned a total of 5 mustangs since the early 90's. I don't know what it is about them but they just bleed America to me, and I enjoy reviving and maintaining them. My wife might say I'm obsessed with mustangs. I currently have a rebuilt autolite 4100 carburetor sitting on our dining table waiting to be placed on top of the 289 in the garage.

I look forward to many great memories in my new explorer. First trip is coming up at the end of this month to visit family in Midland, TX

I love my 2002 GT! Had it almost five years now. Sadly it is sitting in the driveway. Needs a new throw out bearing amongst other things. Drove it to work the other day whilst I had the mountaineer all ripped apart waiting for lower ball joints to turn up, and on the way home hit some idiots donut sat in the road. Mustang is mildly modified and this includes 1 1/2" drop. Boom! Steering rack is all bent up and hard lines flattened. Just glad it didnt rip off my exhaust system, that part is my greatest achievement!
