'98 XLT
hey i've been here for a few months but never really posted, mostly just observing. anyhow, i have a 98 XLT (for some reason the XLT emblem is missing...), lowered 1.5" in the front to match rear sag and then some but i plan on getting the Warrior shackles&TT and i have 31X10.5 Roughrider AT's going on soon. this is my daily driver so i dont go into the wood often with it, i mostly stick to mud for now and beat up my K5 against the trees. my plan is to slowly build it up so that when it's payed off then i'll rough it up a bit more while i start to pay another as my daily driver. by the way, anobody here from around Cold Lake Alberta?

welcome to the forum verve

that sux about ur xlt emblem is missing

Are the 31s going to fit with the lowered front? Unless you crank it back up when you do the shackles and then throw on the 31s!

thats the plan, when i get the shackles i'm gonna lift the fron with TT and the tires will go on the same day, besides, its only lowered a bit to match the back, i think there's still about 4" of room between the fender and tire on all corners. i measured my stock shackles and i have the 5.5" shackles so i figure about 1.5" of lift, i'm keeping an eye out for a cheap body lift as well, i bought one for my K5 on ebay for 18$ (40 shipped) and then sold it for 90$CD because i never got to install it, so i hope to find a good deal like that again
