Was on my way home from Easter Dinner, minding my own business behind a minivan on the highway when all of a sudden CRACK! Took me a few minutes to find that sucker, down in the left hand corner of my windshield was a nice bulls eye with several spider legs shooting out.
Hello Geico? I need some help here.
So they sent the glass repair man out. He tried to fix it but it split out further once his little device put some pressure on the surface. Being my comp. deductable is 750 I started making calls to price out a new windshield.
After all was said and done, I got a genuine FORD replacement windshield installed yesterday for 200 bucks. The attempt at a repair was free.
