2017 Explorer Sport
Hi!
Got my new 2017 Ford Explorer Sport a couple of weeks ago.
Love my Ford!

I'm a former VW owner; was part of the TDI diesel gate. I had a 2012 Passat TDI. Great car, excellent MPG. Didn't go with VW not because of the TDI, but their SUV wasn't comparable to what Ford had to offer, plus the Explorer is a sexy SUV.
Driving a sedan for many years to driving a SUV is a bit overwhelming, but I'll manage.

I will say VW owners are enthusiastic about their car, plus the many mods that can be changed. I'm hoping I can find info with my Ford to allow me into my SUV computer to see what changes I can do. For example chimes, and features that are not enabled on this trim line that might be available, etc.
I saw in another thread Forscan might be the software to use.

There are two features that I don't know why Ford didn't include in the Sport trim, but it's available in the Limited trim. 1) Rain sensor 2) Driver seat massage.

I have the 401A package, white platinum metallic, plus it's equipped with: adaptive cruise control, bucket seats, twin moonroof, and rack rails.

I'm looking forward to keeping this gal for a long time.
