Newbie From Northern California

Hey guys, obviously I'm new here and I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kyle, I just graduated from High School a few weeks ago and (lucky me) I got a '91 Ford Explorer XLT as a graduation gift, and I love it to death!

Only 17 years old and I have a LOT to learn, but I'm glad I found such a community to help me out along the way.

Welcome to this forum! That's a nice 1st vehicle. Check the production date to see if it's one of the 1st ones to come off of the assembly line. It should say the date on the sticker on the driver's side pillar.

I checked the date a few minutes ago and it does say 4/91.

welcome kyle. I have family and friends and my gf living in the northern cali. They live in san jose. I am in the bay area visiting I live in southern cali. I live in newport beach.

I leave the bay area in 2 weeks and do u got aim or yahoo messanger so we can chat. I got both of them and by the way nice explorer u got there as well.

Haha believe me, the pics do her justice! Its a bit dirty right now, haven't been through a wash in a while and for some reason the camera didn't pick up a few obvious scratches and dings. (But I'm not complaining )

Oh that's awesome! Vacaville is just outside the bay, but I did grow up in Contra Costa County most of my life before moving here a couple of years ago.

At the moment I don't have any of those messengers, but I'd be willing to set one up for sure.

thats cool kyle. I used to live in the bay area till i was like 19 or 20 and then i moved to southern cali in newport beach.

I have a friend that lives near vacaville is rohernt park near you by any chance. My friend aaron and his wife and his 2 kids and his mom live there. They used to live in san jose and they moved.

But when u get aim or yahoo give me your screen name so we can chat it up. Do u got facebook or myspace. I got both of them.

But I am in the bay area visiting i am at my parents place in san jose. I am leaving to go back home to so cali in 2 weeks.

Rohnert Park isn't exactly close to me, its actually between Petaluma and Santa Rosa whereas I'm closer to Davis and Sacramento. I wouldn't say its far from me either though.
