Hi Everyone,
I have a 2000 Explorer SOHC V6. I have a very strange problem. Weather I replace brake pads, rotate tires or leave my vehicle up on jacks for any length
of time. Weird things happen when it is back on the ground.
You step on the brakes and it seems like you have super warped rotors.
You accelerate from a parking spot and the steering seems as if it is shimmying.
The same symptoms happen when you turn as well. In time it lessens and
it almost, goes away.
I have spoken to a number of other Explorer owners, with similar year vehicles and they experience the same thing!!!!!
Any insight into this matter will be MOST appreciated.
As of this posting all front end parts have been replaced, CV shafts as well.
This is a story for another post. Please help!!!!!!!
