well for me what i did and woke the truck right up when it got it.
K&N Air intake kit
3" CatBack Gibson Exhaust (sounds awesome not too loud and no drone)
Then couple years later i got the Diablo Intune I-1000 Really good tuner for the $ and made a good difference in power and drivablility and just how the truck acts. its nice.

also change your plugs! they are a pain in your year and will need a tool to get any broken ones out but just search spark plugs 4.6 you will find a lot of info on this forum.
