Tips and Tricks???

Hey everyone, this is my 1st post to the form and Im glad to be apart of this site...well anyways i just wanted to know if there was any tricks to the trade to installing an amp, and all the stuff that comes along with the work.

My amp is a US Acoustics 800D sub amp= 600WattZ

My subs are Infinity 12" 1220W= 300Wattz each gonna be wired in parallel

And my already built box using 3/4 MDF wood has an inside cubic feet of 2.614 im also going to spray it with i foam stuff i got with my speakers!

I have to get a carpet of sometime to put over it also when I go out looking for some...

Well if anyone can help me out that would be great!!
