...Anyone have a Passenger Side Radius Arm they could bring along?

I lifted the front 1.5", then I mounted the 31's. We took it for it's maiden voyage, and it rubs! On the the Passenger side, on the corner of the Tupperware trim piece.

I looked at the tires, and with them pointed straight forward, I can fit a fist inbetween the back side tire and the fender on the DRIVERS side, but I can only fit 2 fingers @ the same spot on Passenger Side.

I looked under the Explorer, and I *THINK* the radius arm is bent, causing the Passenger Side Beam to 'sucked in' towards the back of the vehicle.

When was the last time it was aligned? If the caster is off, it could bring that side back and the cross caster compensated for by toe adjustment.

Are there still rivets on the bracket or bolts?

We can always unbolt it, pull it forward and put some washers/spacers in front of the bracket. I think I have a set of new RA bushings, including the dished cup. I'll toss them in the trailer trunk before I leave.

Kind of hard to believe the arm is bent unless it's been in a wreck.

Just talked to Ken. Looks like he is going to have two or three more vehicles following him up Saturday morning. They are not camping over night but may stay for dinner.

I JUST replaced the RA bushings yesterday..First time It had been done since new. So the rivets are gone, and now it bolts up.

I took it in last night for an alignment, and they couldn't compensate for the wheel being pushed back. He has caster set forward all the way, and it was still too close.

We were ran off the road, and we hit a curb. It was bad enough to crack the windshield...so that's what makes me think it's Radius arm. I have already replaced the Drivers Side Beam.

I think I'm going to try to get another Radius Arm, and install it. Take it back to get another alignment.

Is dinner Saturday at the camp or in town? Didn't see it in a previous post and too damn lazy to scroll back through all 7 pages. :

Just wondering since if its in town it'll impact the amount of chow brought along. . .
