next SF bay area run?

I vote for the 20/21, but if it is the week before, I can make it. As far as my stocker goes, it won't be that way forever! Dead Link Removed

This would be a great time to talk with you guys about which lift kit and shocks to get, so I'm looking forward to it.

Hey guys -

Are we talking about the 20th or 21st or the whole weekend? I can't do the whole weekend. The Mrs. is expecting and I'd be lucky if I can get one day to play!!!

By the way, was it to Hollister or Clear Creek?

tdavis thanks for leting me go with you guys. I can't wate to see all your trucks. Clear Creek should be good this time of the year. There are only porto pots there so bring your geer. I have a cuple of friends that are going with me for back up (never ride alown). If we all go up on the 20th we can meet at K&S market in hollister for suplies and grab some chow. Let me now what you think. Guff we are always looking for more riders and if you want to bring your quad that would be cool. Dead Link Removed

Time from Oakland should be in the 1.45 to 2.15 hr range depending on how fast and traffic conditions.

Does anybody in the San Jose area want to meet and drive down together? I'm not familiar with the Clear Creek area. I do know how to get to Holister, but not exactly sure of the place to meet there. Right now it looks like I will only be there on Saturday.

What Time are we meeting for the supplies/excursion?

Sounds good to me. I think this will be a good one. I hope xr600 can choose a good spot to meet in Hollister to lead us out. I can't wait.

I gotta check with the Boss, but Sat looks good. I'm on the other side of the hill, so is there some place we can hook up with at Clear Creek? I don't want to go over the hill to Hollister and come back over the hill to Clear Creek. Dead Link Removed

Ok, to summarize:

May 20-21, 2000
Clear Creek (Coalinga, CA)

I'm up for both days, but that doesn't mean everyone has to attend both days (I'd camp out saturday night). Not sure how long the drive from Oakland is.. Time for Mapquest! :-)

Okay here we go. I think we should all meet at the first Mc.Donald's on the left as you come off of 25 in to Hollister. For any one coming from San Jose please Email me if you want to caravan to Hollister. We don't have to eat at Mc.Donald's it is just the easiest place to meet at. There is a good cheep gas stop acrost the street.

I just want to say that I will be spending the night ther in Clear Creek with some friends. It looks like it is going to be a good turnout this will be fun. Ba you should get your friends to come to Clear Creek too I will have about 4 or 5 other riders their and it's about 700,000 acers or so of trails in sted of about 40,000 in hollister.

Okay Tom, I will camp with you and it looks like Ji will to. It looks like you got 1 1/2 built rigs camping with you. I'm only a half cause I don't have gears or a lincoln locker Dead Link Removed. Oh well, I can still keep up, especially since I won't have any safety monitors, older or younger Dead Link Removed.

I'll try and bring some firewood to dump at a campsite!

This is just going to great fun!

I would extend the offer of a ride - but I've got some other people coming along, and they will have to ride with me on Sunday! (some stock 4x4's)

tdavis, you are more than welcome to camp with us, I will have my truck and trailer there the hole time, and K&S market in hollister has fire wood and stuff if you need to stop. I was thinking of geting some ribs from there before going to Clear Creek (they have great ribs). I also wanted to say that if any one wants to bring more gas in a gas can I can hall it in my trailer.

I will have my little trailer also for gas and camping equipment. Lets show those stuckers what we can do. We started to convince them in Hollister, and we'll finish it in clear creek. I DARE YOU!!! Don't wory BA, we got plenty of tow straps and a winch to help you out. Who knows, so far I've seen stock do everything but mud and snow Dead Link Removed

xr600-Is that Mickey d's before you hit the the new section of road leading to 152 or in Hollster itself.
