no 4 lo just flashing light

alright lets start from the begining I have a 91 ex that had a auto in it i replaced it with a manual changed ecm, wireing, column etc. everything to do with trans was swapped. my problem is now when i try to go into 4lo the lights just keep blinking any ideas ?? it is going into 4 wd just fine just not 4lo.

somone on here must know what the problem is Ive been doing searches for a week now with no luck just dead ends with people having the same problem im having but all the threads just end with no solution.

ok I got lucky someone here locally had figured out the problem & i happened to ask the right person so no more pulling my hair out 4lo is back in action.

ok unde the hood where the trans wiring harnes plugs in (two plugs one is gray one is black) on the black plug there is a smaller gage red/white wire that just dead ends at the plug when you plug the manual harnes in that wire has to be grounded to complete the nss circut in my case since i used everything from the doner ex everything works correctly (clutch in & in neutral foot on brake) Im not sure if you are still using the auto ecm this would work but in my case it did.
