No 4Low

Just got my truck back from engine replacement surgery. Everythings working great until.....Tried to shift into 4 high, no problems light came on, drove it around the block and I could feel the front working. Tried shifting into 4 low from 4 high, and the 4 high light stayed on and no 4 low light, and no difference in drive. I'm fairly certain it was still in 4 high. I then tried to shift from auto directly into 4 low and no 4 wheel lights at all came on.

I can take it back to the garage, but if theres an easy fix I should know about it would save me alot of time.

Did you stop and put it in nuetral before trying to switch to 4hi or 4lo?

Yessir, in neutral at a stop with brake depressed. Like I said 4 high was normal, just not 4 low.

If you have auto 4x4 then it is just a electric clutch that activates for 4 high, the problem would probably have to do with the shift motor on the transfer case.
