I just wanted to tell to some of you guys that my 1992 Explorer got a EGR code even if it doesnt have EGR. My problem was the small electrical motor connected near the charcoal canister. I just wanted to write it here because it could be helpful to some of you. If you break the old plastic hose while removing it dont worry just remove it and remove a small portion of the rubber cover hose and plug the hose back on the canister. The purpose of this small motor was to pump the fuel vapor and put it back in the throttle body but theres enough vacuum there to pump it anyway. If you dont want to replace it just be sure to bend a paper clip and probe the electrical connector so you wont get an error message again. The voltage will travel like if the motor were plugged in.
