I have a 1998 ford explorer xlt that has no heat, its stuck in a/c mode, nothing but cold air. the heater coil hoses that go into the firewall are hot, but it just blows cold air out the vents. Dosen't matter if on defrost or on floor mode. checked fuses there all good. what could cause this problem?
