no parking lights, tail lights and dash lights are coming on.

i have a 96 ford ranger my headlights and brake lights work but the dash and tail lights and parking lights on the front arent working. i havent had time to check it. could it be a fuse? also the fuel gauge isnt working but im guessing thats and sending unit problem. thanks

For 1997 Ranger, check fuse 8 in the underhood box and fuse 3 in the dash fuse panel.
