no parking lights

Ive checked all the fuses,ok Checked light switch,ok. Will a burned out fog/running light cause total light outtage? Wher else can I look for problem with no parking lights front or bsck? turn signals and brake lights work fine.so do emergency flashers. Thanks for any input.
Does this have anything to do with the water leak issue and the gem? It is like this all the time nit just when raining.

no parking lights on truck? trailer? both? if a light is just burned out then no, that shouldnt hurt. what kind of leak issue do you have? if your gem got wet... i think parking lights would be the least of your worries lol
