change-over questios - no parking lights

I did a changeover on my 95 limited, I swapped a 99 (was told 00) complete rolling chassis. I changed EVERYTHIng, all the wireharness and dash, computers, relays, etc. Now, the motor starts and runs, but I have no parking lights or dash lights. Most every thing works, the keyless entry works fine, my ac controls dont seem to work either. Plus, the motor has a flutter in it. It is a SOHC 4.0 with 18k miles on it. I put a new upper intake manifold on it the other day, did I do something wrong? HELP!!!!
