No power windows or mirrors. Power locks DO work though.....

My daughter has a 2000 Explorer XLS and over the Winter the power windows and power mirrors quit working. The switches do not work on any of the doors. Fuses are good in both boxes. Am I looking at a gem module?

Look in the big wire harness connector rubber boot in the driver's door broken wire's it's common lots of threads on this problem good luck

Try taking the door panel off, Remove the window switch from the door panel. Carefully take the switch apart, Blow it out with compressed air. Betcha all window switches will work now.
