So I think I have remedied the car by replacing the coil pack and camshaft position sensor (I'm guessing that may have been the culprit in the first place) No codes were being thrown, but the symptom was the vehicle would not fire after normal operating temp reached. Let sit over nite and she'd fire up...I have had other vehicles with a similar condition...crank angle sensor, camshaft position sensor, ignition module etcetera...anyrate my question is can the camshaft position sensor cause a no start condition after the vehicle gets hot?? or most likely the coil? I replaced the coil as Im guessing it was the original with 128k miles. meter test shows coil good, but that's with it cold....the old cam sensor reading 0 across the two terminals, but not sure if that's a way to test it or not....it's magnetic..as i discovered after i had a screw get picked up by the business end...

Look at your coolant temp sensor on a scan tool
When its happening
And before the first start

Ten four....I got a good bit of wrenching to do (long over due valve cover gaskets which im anticipating is gonna be a PITA) so i'll go thru O2 sensors, coolant etc when i get into that....so far seems like I have remedied the no start when warm condition with coil pack and cam sensor...
