I bought a 95 explorer that does run but has a no start issue I was told. It has a new fuel pump sothat isn't it ? I haven't searched for any shorts yet maybe this weekend? I was hoping for a quick list of suspects if that is possible. Oh the previous owner would only tell me that he took it out for a ride and he shut it off then wouldn't start back up, waited a while then it did start.
