No Start. Need HELP!!!

I am glad this site is even out there. I am really not a technical person. I know the basics I think. I had to tow my truck 4 blocks yesterday and it cost me 70 bucks. It just wouldnt start. I thought it was the starter seloniod because it as been going bad for a while. So I replaced it. It's not the battery because I have a lot of juice. I have heard you can try to tap the starter a couple times but I don't know where it is. Do you guys think it's the starter?

First things first. did you check the relay? if you did i can look in my haynes and get a picture where the starter is

If the starter is the problem tapping on it can help. To get to it, you'll have to crawl under your truck and look where the engine meets the tranny. I think it'll be on the driver side.

You can also check your battery terminals, see if they are tight and clean.
