not easily, I saw a post on the ranger forum about a green wire to the ECM i couldent find it. transponder keys are available on ebay for a lot less than the dealer. Then i got a programmer, there is a few previous comments that forscan will program keys.

A tune can remove PATS. As mentioned above you can program them with FORScan.
