noise from front end or underneath?

I get a loud rubbing or banging sound when I make a right turn quickly. Not when I turn left. Had a friend say he had same sounding problem and took it in for repair and they fixed it by repairing the fuel tank skid plate?

any suggestions?

just a quick update. I too got the problem fixed . Yes it was the same problem. They shimmed the fuel tank skid plate to repair.
