Noise From front suspension :(

I have a 95 Sport 4x4, When i'm wheelin, I get a noise that sounds like a cracking (hard to explain) coming from the front. I happends occasionally when I go over a speed bump or brake hard... It doesn't sound good
Dead Link Removed I have brand new ProComp ES3000 shocks so that couldnt be it... Any one have any ideas??

There is a kevlar patch in the suspension that wears out. That could be it. Also, may be a bad ball joint.
