Noise from rear axle clutch pack

I have a 2002 sport trac .I wondered if anyone has had a groaning noise during slow left or rt turns from rear axle? its a 8.8 axle 4:10 gears. I put new clutches in for the limited slip last year and the noise went away but came back after 8 months (about 12000 miles) i put the mobil one LS syn gear lube in and didnt know if that was the problem. any thoughts?

does the oil you're using have a friction modifier? limited slip dif oil needs to have this in it or you can buy it separately and add it.

i might try chaging the fluid and adding the ford modifier. btw the bottle says good for conventional and limited slip and reduces chatter. thanks for the input.
