I hope I can get help here for my problem My 92 4X4 Explorer makes a "crack" noise every 6 t0 10 feet when on Hi or Low 4X4. Thanks for any info on the problem .

is it a popping that sounds like its coming from the wheel? if so probably the hubs. if you have auto hubs might wanna convert to a manual hub. stronger and cheaper. good luck.
