Went to start my 03 NBX this morning (4.0 130K) All I got when I turned the key was a "Thunk!" I Have had a sticky dome light so I Thought the battery had finally died. Put a Charger on it, and got the same "Thunk!" Let it charge for a while and got the same response. "Thunk!" Kept trying until I got the clicking solenoid.
I have all accessories. (Lights, radio, windows, etc...) It feels like the engine doesn't want to turn.
I am thinking the worst. But I am wondering if there is a simple thing I am missing.

Sorry for such a n00b question. Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks

hmm... I would clean the battery cable ends and terminals, especially if they're corroded. Then inspect the frame ground. Could maybe be the starter if the battery connections are good. I doubt your engine is locked, especially if it was running fine when you parked it there.

Put a breaker bar and socket on the crank and try to rotate it, clockwise.
A starter making a "thunk" sound on old starters would indicate a bad solenoid. I suspect on your vehicle its battery related. A discharged battery can die. Clean the posts and cable to post connections. Fully charge the battery before trying to use it. Need to load test the battery to see if it's any good.

If the cables are corroded, you'll want to replace them. Cleaning the ends won't fix what's inside them.
