Noob - 98 Explorer Bullbar & Sidebars

Just bought myself a 98 Explorer in black with leather trim with a nice shiny bullbar or A bar on the front and some nice shiny side bars to match -

Does anyone know where I can download a UK owners manual - found a US one but it is slightly different as the clocks and warning lights are different.

The bars were already fitted when I picked it up. Just found out that the rear wiper doesn't work - seems to be a common problem.
