Nothing is flowing through the heater core???

I just replaced the heater core and it seemed to work for a few minutes then it just stopped and no fluid seems to be going through it. One hose going in is hot, the other is cold. Any ideas??? Now the truck is overheating.

Hvae you checked the heater control valve? Maybe it has failed.
