No heat but core is flowing hot

Have a issue with my 97 sport it has hot antifreeze going threw the heater core but no hot air? Check all vacuum lines and fuses that are related. My first post and first time on this form. Any help would be very helpful. Thanks

Blend door or blend door actuator or both

Under the window washer fluid tank there is a black ball (softball size) that contains a continuous vacuum, make sure the vacuum lines are attached and are not cracked. This vacuum controls some of the door functions from heat to defrost.
