Nothing when i turn the key.

I got into my '99 Explorer Sport this morning and turned the key like I always do when the car just stopped all functions, no power running through it at all. It turned over once and then completely shut down. no radio no windows can't even lock or unlock the doors, I don't know whats wrong with it and can't afford to take it to the shop any help?

Sounds like it's time for a new battery. But check your battery connections and grounds first

I tried hooking a battery charger to it and still nothing and the battery is saying it has a charge.

Just because it reads good that doesn't mean it is.

You could have a bad cell or two.

Lose connection somewhere..check the connection on the starter if all else fails.

If you have nothing, it has to be battery related.

Check for continuance from battery wire to the starter and the main fuse box. Preferably off the battery so no risk of shock.

Put a new battery in there.
