ok so just as i metioned in the title my truck doesnt do anything when i turn the key. NO power seems to be getting anywhere in the vehicle battery is good and been tested with another one with same result. Checked the fuse block on the driver side under the hood and didnt see any blown fuses. swapped a few relays and still nothing. no lights, no keyless entry, no start. wtf. I drove it to work and started just fine now it wont do anything. Possible that the key got deprogrammed? but wouldnt the theft light blink a whole lot...

Any help would be appreciated

likely a cable issue... recheck your connections.... your lights (head lights) should / must come on with no key in... so your key has nothing to do with your problem.

So I went back with another charged battery and sure enough she fired right up. I think its time for new cable terminals.

What makes you think it's the cable terminals?

Theyre probably so corroded that they loose connection with the battery so the new battery probably knocked some corrosion off when they tightened the terminals

Try some rough sandpaper on the inside of the terminals where they touch the posts

get one of these

a couple of these

and some terminal corrosion inhibitor
