O/D light flashing

I just installed a K&N 57 series air intake and my O/D light is flashing. What should I do to remedy this problem (it NEVER blinked before)?

o/d light flashing is transmission I believe.

maybe with the new intake, you drove it harder than normal, then the transmission slipped whilst accelerating, then the light started flashing??????

My light started flashing on hard accelerations at some point, then the transmission started slipping more and more, then I paid ~$2000 for a rebuild, then the light stopped flashing.

I can slip the transmission from flooring it about 5 or 6 times? (I live in very warm weather and the car has 55k miles on it..) This is really irritating... I think I'm gonna have to start drinking to get rid of my headache..
