Gday the O/D light on dash dont work, but I know the O/D in my 99 XLT works fine, wher eon the dash should the light be and can it be fixed by a simple globe or LED,

also it is a T bar automatic I see a place on the dash for dash gear indicator but nothing there, should there be,

BTW the xlt is a right hand drive
thanks

Check the switch on the shifter, and then check the bulb in the instrument cluster.

They use the same instrument cluster for RHD and LHD, so there is a space for a gear select indicator section, but since RHD has a floor shifter and not a column shift like LHD.

thanks for the replies, Nah white shadow they just had the vehicle facing the other way when they put the steering in.

anyone got any ideas on the O?D indicator, all dash lights work, any idea where it should be located when looking at the dash,

thanks

Should be bottom right corner. Shine a flashlight on the cluster and at the right angle you can see where the light should be
