Hi,
Fixed this problem this morning.
Turns out there are wires coming from the buttion on the gear selector into the steering column.
These can become pinched/torn after a while.
Simply remove the shrouding around the steering column and fined 2 wires that are wrapped in black casing.
Strip casing, solder wires back together (individually of course). I would suggest also using shrink wrap or electrical tape.
Reassemble shrouding and you are off to the races again, not that you would race this truck with OD off, or at all for that matter.
