Odd Noise

Hello everyone well im getting there slowly ive changed the spark plugs mmmmm what a fun job and ive fitted the OOm12 kit thanks for supplying that howard top bloke. but ive hit a odd noise this is what happens when i go from drive to reverse as soon as i take up the drive i get a clang sounds like someone hitting the exhaust with a toffee hammer lol and same when going from reverse to drive but no other time normal use stop start silent just when i go from drive to reverse and vice versa anyone got any ideas !!! love the car just worry when i hear metalic noises
