Odd Noises!

06 Eddie Bauer V6 72, 350 miles. I thought i had the common rear end hum, but ive changed the fluid to synthetic but now we think it may be the tires or wheel bearing, when i turn to the right, like a slight turn of the steering wheel, the hum quiets. is this a wheel bearing issue or an allignment problem?

I have found in the past that when turning quiets a noise, it's usually a wheel bearing.
