ok so my mom tells me test drive their explorer and see if i can determine what is wrong with, besides numerous front-end parts being bad (terrible vibrations at 60mph and above)
she said it was making a "whirring" noise, so took it out for a drive and it didn't do anything close to a whirring noise,
she said it only did it sometimes,
so the first thing that popped into my head was the autohubs, maybe one was trying to lock in and was making a whirring nosie at high speeds
any other ideas?
