Odd sound need help

There is this sound I hear when I am 20 mph + it is a chirp sound towards the front of the vehicle any idea what it could be or where to begin to look?

Idk know how else to describe it beside it started today when I was on my way to work

It sounds to be coming from the driver side an I can hear it with my window down an faintly when it is up

i know my suspension squeaks and at 20-25 i can notice it over the road noise. mine is squeaky enough it does it on mild roads on rough roads it is progressively louder.

on the other hand my other car a sunfire has a squeak when it shifts but that i know is a result of solid mounts and a B&M shift plus (increases line pressure)

so if you can tell us if it is constant at 20 or when it shifts, possibly RPM it happens at that will help
