Odd ticking durring turns

My 93 limited with 347k has a strange ticking noise coming from the front passenger side during tight left hand turns, such as backing out of a parking space or my driveway. Ive been under there and cant find anything rubbing or catching on the tire as I turn. My RA bushings are getting ready to be replaced but are still drivable, shocks were recently replaced. I still have the auto hubs on the truck, but they have never been a problem, so I'm not leaning to them, and I don't think it would be a U-Joint because that axle should not be moving as this happens in 2H. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

From reading your description, with out actually being able to hear it, it sounds like your auto hubs have taken a crap.
