OEM 98 stereo light not working?

Hey guys I just got my '98 explorer XLT, and my head unit (the cd part) display is not working...the lights work on my buttons, but no head unit. Here's a good description I found off of an item on ebay:

Here's what I used to repair the displays on our '98 and '99 Mountaineers. You have to remove it and send it, and then reinstall it when it comes back. Way cheaper than having the Ford dealer send it out to be repaired.
