OEM electric fan on 2003 explorer sport

I have a 2003 sport 2dr and was on rockauto and noticed that they sell a electric fan and controller claiming to be OEM did some 03 sports come with a electric fan and if so how hard is it to put one on one that doesn't have one?

Some explorers came with an electric AC fan.

not sure about the 2dr sports, as they are based on the 2nd gen Explorers.
